With over 25 years of experience in commercial and residential construction finance, Erika Weir brings deep industry expertise, strategic leadership, and operational insight to every project she oversees. Since December 2023, she has served as Chief Financial Officer and Project Manager for DMV General Contracting Group, where she plays a key role in financial strategy, project oversight, budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring successful execution from concept to completion.

Erika’s career has been defined by a strong foundation in financial management, cost control, risk mitigation, and collaborative leadership across multidisciplinary teams. Her comprehensive understanding of construction finance enables her to drive profitability while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Life Beyond Work

Erika is a dedicated wife and mother of two, as well as a proud dog mom to two energetic companions. She is passionate about giving back to her community and actively volunteers with children’s after-school programs, supporting youth development and mentorship initiatives.
